Your journey begins with a no-obligation phone call or virtual meeting. This is our chance to get to know each other, and for you to share your initial ideas and inspirations. Whether you’re thinking of a custom engagement ring, a gift, or a personal piece, I’ll ask key questions to understand what you’re looking for.

This is also an opportunity for us to confirm that we’re the right match creatively. I’ll walk you through my design philosophy, approach, and past projects, so you feel confident in the process. If we’re a good fit, we’ll move to the next step, scheduling an in-depth consultation to dive deeper into your concept.

Objective: To understand your vision and inspirations.

In this step, we’ll explore your ideas in more depth. Our consultation can take place at your home, office, or virtually—wherever you feel most comfortable. This is where we’ll discuss your preferences, the story behind the piece, and what you want to capture. Drawing from my extensive design experience, we will explore various concepts and details that will shape your vision. Your feedback will allow me to visualize the concept and create a rough design for us to work with.

Whether you come with fully-formed ideas or just early thoughts, I’ll guide you through the process, helping form the foundation of a piece that reflects your unique style and personality—or that of the intended recipient. Bring any photos, references, or ideas that inspire you, and we’ll use them as a starting point for the design. If you’re unsure where to begin, don’t worry—I’m skilled at connecting the dots and uncovering ideas through our conversation.

If your design includes a center stone or suite of gemstones, I will present a carefully curated selection based on your preferences and budget. We’ll discuss the quality of the stones, answer any questions, and ensure you feel confident in your decision-making throughout the process.

Objective: To translate your ideas into visual concepts.

Following our consultation, I’ll start translating your vision into sketches and a three-dimensional digital file. This is where our collaborative conversation is brought to life: gemstones, metals, and styles—whether vintage, modern, minimalist, or bold, will transform into a virtual design that feels personal to you. This is achieved through CAD (Computer Aided Drafting). This process will take 1-2 weeks.

Upon completion, you will receive renderings of the design by email or text. We will set a date and time to view the design through a virtual meeting. This is the time where your honest feedback is critical, prepare your questions and notes for the next step.

Objective: Finalizing the design and agreeing on the budget.

Through a virtual meeting, you will be able to view your design within the 3D environment of the CAD program. We will be able to view all angles and details together, discussing the aspects of the design, ensuring it meets your expectations. If changes are needed, we will discuss the details and adjustments will be made.

Along with the design review, you’ll receive a finalized quote. There are no hidden fees—everything will be transparent, so you know exactly what to expect.

After you approve the design and quote, we’ll move into the creation phase.

Objective: Bringing your custom design to life.

Your custom piece will be meticulously handcrafted by our expert artisans. My teams use both traditional techniques and modern innovations to ensure that every detail, from stone setting to metalwork, is crafted with precision and care.

Depending on the complexity of the design, the creation process typically takes 4-5 weeks, and we’ll provide updates along the way so you can follow your piece’s journey.

Objective: Presenting your finished custom jewelry.

Once your piece is complete, personal delivery will be scheduled to your home or office, or shipped securely to you.

You will be provided with detailed care instructions that align with any of the gemstones and metals used.
